We typically fulfill within 1-2 business days ( Monday - Friday) and it takes 4-6 business days to deliver with the Standard shipping and 2-4 business days to deliver with Expedited shipping.
Exchanges & Store credit - 14 days from delivery

Please note: we're a small team and keep a close eye on returns. All returns are subject to a return shipping fee of $5 ( For Non-insured orders ), which will be deducted from the total refund amount. If you decide to return for store credit, the return shipping fee is waived.

We gladly accept returns on unworn, non-custom pieces within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and that we do not cover the cost of return shipping on international orders.

When you're not wearing your Gold-filled jewelry, store it carefully in your Little Sky Stone pouch. If your Gold-filled jewelry begins to lose its initial high polish, use a polishing cloth to restore its shine.
