For engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
Orders placed from Nov 15th, 2024 until Dec 24th, 2024 (“Extended Return Period”) are eligible for return through Jan 15th, 2025 subject to these terms and conditions. Orders placed after the Extended Return Period are subject to Little Sky Stone standard 14-day return policy. Please see below return guidelines to see if purchased items are eligible for a return.

Returns
Didn't absolutely love your jewelry? Send it back to us for a refund!
Please note: we're a small team and keep a close eye on returns. All returns are subject to a return shipping fee of $5 ( For Non-insured orders ), which will be deducted from the total refund amount. If you decide to return for store credit, the return shipping fee is waived.

All returns must be:
- Unworn
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
- In all original packaging (box and pouch included)
- If it's a full return of the order, any Free/ Gifted Product must also be returned as well.
Last Chance
Last Chance products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Mystery Items
Mystery Gifts or Items cannot be returned.
Jewelry Bundles
Pre-kitted bundles must be returned in full. Please note if you purchased a bundle, you must return all the products in the bundle to receive a refund.
Customized or Engraved jewelry
Engraved and customized jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned.
Third-party vendor
Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of littleskystone.com) must be returned through the company that it was purchased from.
International Returns
Timeframe - up to 14 days
We gladly accept returns on unworn, non-custom pieces within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and that we do not cover the cost of return shipping on international orders.
We are committed to providing high-quality jewelry made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 1-year warranty from the date of original purchase for defects or issues resulting from the workmanship of the jewelry.
Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones, damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Little Sky Stone.

By submitting a warranty claim, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Return of Impacted Product: If your warranty submission is accepted, you must send the impacted product to us for quality assurance review and testing.
If the item is in stock, and your warranty submission is approved, you will receive a replacement of the same item.
If the item is not in stock due to inventory limitations or discontinuation, you will be issued a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the original item.
No Refunds or Exchanges: refunds will not be provided nor an exchange for a different item, size or material.
Third-party vendor: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of littleskystone.com (http://littleskystone.com) and/or Little Sky Stone stores or pop-ups) may be subject to a different warranty policy. Please check the details from where the item was purchased.
Third-party services: Leveraging a third party repair service will void Little Sky Stone warranty. Little Sky Stone does not accept warranty claims with post-purchase modifications.
Promotional products: Items received from a promotion or campaign may be excluded from our warranty policy.
